They don't clean a room well to give it to a next resident, so the room is dirty especially around a kitchen. A studio does not have fan at the kitchen, so if you often cook, I do not recommend you to take a studio. The apartment's maintenance never comes. Even I asked them often, they have not come to fix yet. Office people park at residents' parking spot without permission although residents pay $10/month for parking. The location of the apartment is very close to Oregon State University which is good for students.
