I have done several real estate transactions through Corvallis Mortgage, and I highly recommend them. The company is owned and operated by Eric Stelzer, who is the most dedicated person I've ever had the privilege to work with. When every other mortgage broker turned me down, Mr. Stelzer got my loan approved. All I needed was someone who was willing to take the time to understand my financial situation, and who had the knowledge to get it done. Eric Stelzer knows how to get your loan closed FAST with the best rates available. This is one dedicated individual, if it can be done, he can do it, and probably at the best rate for the lowest cost. I have worked with Eric and before that he did a loan for me. Do yourself a favor and go see Eric first, you won't be sorry!
